After having worked in the banking sector with world known prestigious institutions such as BNPP (Ex UEB) and JP Morgan Chase, Emmanuelle started her executive search career in 2002, by joining a leading executive financial search company in Geneva.
In 2004 a fascinating odyssey started. Motivated by the support of people, Emmanuelle created Gillio Executive Search, the first Executive Search Company, solely catering to the demand of the commodity sector in Geneva. Emmanuelle’s assignments specialize in recruiting middle management
and senior management executives for the commodity and banking sectors.
Subsequently, driven by her passion for people, Emmanuelle has developed other complementary services for enterprises and also for private persons. Coaching and Career assessment for leaders, managers and other aspiring individuals have become the core center of her activity. Thanks to her experience, Emmanuelle is strongly convinced that coaching and assessment career lead professionals and organizations to make the right professional choices and transformation.
Emmanuelle holds a Master degree in Business and Commercial Law from the Law Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Paris. She is fluent in French, English and Italian and has extensive multicultural professional experience. Additionally, she is also a professional coach from Ecole Mozaïk Training Center, Paris. Furthermore, being dedicated to continuous improvement, she has further obtained a certificate of practitioner of STRONG, MBTI and Enneagram.
